1. Products & Orders

  • We sell home furnishings and decor: modern sofas, carpets, and decorative paintings.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variations .

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Material Variation & Substitution Rights

  • Natural Variations: Carpets, fabrics, wood, and other materials are subject to size and color variations, grain and quality variations .

  • Substitutions: If circumstances arise that warrant changes of suppliers, manufacturers, or items, we reserve the right to substitute equipment, materials, etc., which are considered to be of quality substantially similar or equal .

  • Display Items: Items shown in model photos or illustrations may be for display purposes only and may not be included with the sale .

3. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, and use of all products.

  • Modern Sofas:

    • Follow all assembly instructions carefully. Some assembly may require two people.

    • Place on level, stable surfaces.

    • Do not exceed weight capacity.

    • Use on level surface. Ensure proper placement.

  • Carpets:

    • Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping and protect floors.

    • Keep away from high-heat sources.

    • Not intended for use on stairs without proper securement.

  • Decorative Paintings:

    • Ensure proper wall mounting using appropriate hardware for wall type and weight.

    • Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from improper assembly, normal wear and tear, natural material variations, or accidents.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
