1. How long does shipping take to the USA?
Processing times vary:

  • In-stock decorative paintings & carpets: Process within 3-5 business days.

  • Modern sofas (often made-to-order): Production time 4-12 weeks, then shipping.

  • Shipping times: 5-10 business days for small items, 7-20 days for furniture via freight .

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

2. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery address. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying small items. Sofas and large carpets ship via freight with separate charges shown at checkout.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous USA?
We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

4. What if my sofa or rug arrives damaged?
Critical: Inspect immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Do not discard packaging.

5. How do I care for my modern sofa?

  • Fabric upholstery: Vacuum regularly; spot clean with mild detergent; professional cleaning recommended annually.

  • Leather: Dust regularly; clean with leather cleaner; condition as needed.

  • General: Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading; rotate cushions regularly.

6. How do I care for my carpet?

  • Vacuuming: Vacuum regularly (at least weekly) to prevent dirt from grinding into fibers.

  • Spot Cleaning: Blot spills immediately with clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.

  • Professional Cleaning: Deep cleaning recommended every 12-18 months.

  • Padding: Use a rug pad underneath to prevent slipping and extend rug life.

  • Avoid: Direct sunlight (can cause fading), moisture, and harsh cleaning products.

8. What are LTL freight deliveries?
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for large items like sofas and carpets . The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Standard delivery is curbside or threshold—the driver will not bring items inside unless White Glove service was purchased.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options through partners like Affirm or Klarna for larger purchases.
