1. How long does shipping take to the USA?

Modern sofas (often made-to-order): Production time 4-12 weeks, then shipping.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
2. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and delivery address. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying small items. Sofas and large carpets ship via freight with separate charges shown at checkout.
3. Do you ship outside the contiguous USA?
We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
4. What if my sofa or rug arrives damaged?
Critical: Inspect immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Do not discard packaging.

8. What are LTL freight deliveries?
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for large items like sofas and carpets . The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Standard delivery is curbside or threshold—the driver will not bring items inside unless White Glove service was purchased.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options through partners like Affirm or Klarna for larger purchases.
