Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Lead Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Processing times vary:

  • In-stock decorative paintings & carpets: 3-5 business days.

  • Modern sofas (made-to-order): Production time 4-12 weeks (stated on product page), then shipping.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with:

  • Small items (paintings): USPS, UPS, FedEx.

  • Large items (sofas, large carpets): Specialized freight carriers (LTL) .

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying small items.

  • Times: 5-10 business days for small items (estimates, not guarantees). Sofas via freight: 7-20 days.

4. Delivery Process for Freight Items (Sofas, Large Carpets)

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment (4-hour window) .

  • Standard delivery is curbside or to your driveway. The driver will not bring items inside.

  • White Glove delivery (in-home delivery, unpacking, placement) may be available for an additional fee.

5. Inspection Upon Delivery – Critical
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery . For freight deliveries:

  • Check for visible damage before the driver leaves.

  • Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt.

  • Open and inspect contents promptly.

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos if concealed damage is discovered.

6. Packaging

  • Sofas: Shipped in flat-pack boxes or protective wrap with corner protectors.

  • Carpets: Rolled (not folded) and wrapped in plastic.

  • Paintings: Boxed with protective corner protectors and padding; marked "Fragile."

7. Failed Delivery / Redelivery Fees
Be present for scheduled deliveries. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, redelivery fees may apply. For missed freight appointments, fees can be significant.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancel/modify within 24 hours of placement. Orders shipped cannot be canceled. Made-to-order sofas may have shorter cancellation windows once production begins.
